Due to the guidance which we are currently required to follow in relation to COVID-19, we are having to limit the number of people that we can accommodate in the church building. You can view a copy of our risk assessment here.
If you would like to come along to a service you need to let us know. If you turn up on the day we will do everything that we can to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee that you will be able to join us.
You can now let us know if you’d like to come along to services on:
Sunday 9th August (10:45am)
Sunday 16th August (9am and 10:45am)
Sunday 23rd August (10:45am)
Please complete the form at the bottom of this page by Sunday 2nd August.
We will then contact you no later than Wednesday 5th August to confirm which services you are booked in to come along to.
What to expect when you come to church
Click on the image below for more details of what to expect when you come to church.
The Church of England guidance is that they strongly advise that face coverings should be worn by all those attending a place of worship; remembering that they are mainly intended to protect other people, not the wearer, from coronavirus COVID-19 and that they are not a replacement for physical distancing and regular hand washing.
Those on duty welcoming you to church and guiding you to a pew will be wearing face masks, and clergy will be wearing face masks as they distribute communion.
NHS Test and Trace
We are advised to keep a contact telephone number for the lead adult in each household attending a service. This can be passed on to NHS Test and Trace in the event that somebody who has attended the service tests positive for COVID-19. We are required to keep the data for 21 days.
You will give consent to your details being shared with NHS Test and Trace by completing the form below.
If you would like to opt out then please let us know in the comment box at the end of the form.
You can read a full copy of our privacy notice in relation to Test and Trace here.
